I am thrilled to announce that our ambitious New Enugu City project has garnered overwhelming support from our Nigerian diaspora in Guangdong Province, China. This project is more than just a real estate development; it is a vision to reposition Enugu State as the premier destination for business, investment, tourism, and living.

During our roadshow in Guangzhou, we had the pleasure of engaging with our people who have shown immense interest in this transformative project. The energy and enthusiasm from our diaspora community were truly inspiring, and it reaffirmed our belief in the potential of this project.

New Enugu City will be a smart city like no other, providing cutting-edge facilities and amenities for its residents. It will feature residential areas, state-of-the-art medical centers, sports arenas, and an innovation industrial park. This development will not only benefit our local community but also attract global attention and investment.

The China Communications and Construction Company (CCCC) has already commenced intensive work on the site since October 2023. We are proud to be partnering with CCCC, one of the world's best, to bring this project to life. Additionally, we have also enlisted the expertise of leading consulting firms from the UK, ensuring that we are building a city that will compete with the best globally.
